The idea that I had been dreaming of combining flying and culinary experiences for more than a decade was finally turned into reality a few years ago. I was helped by the famous Lithuanian chef Vytautas Samavičius, whose restaurants Momo Grill, Monai and Augustinas are consistently ranked among the best in Lithuania by experts. A couple of years later, another Lithuanian gastronomic innovator, Deivydas Praspaliauskas, and the exceptional team of his restaurant Amandus took over the helm of the kitchen.
